Availability
Typically, orders for items currently "in stock" can be shipped within a few days. Our inventory of "in stock" items is constantly changing. For custom orders, we are happy to create something tailored to your specifications. Please feel free to reach out to us;  we can often accommodate last-minute requests.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We strive to meet your expectations in crafting your piece, respecting our creative process along the way. Unfortunately, our policy does not include issuing refunds.
 

Please note that deposits are non-refundable. However, if you decide to cancel an order, for any reason, for which a deposit has been placed, we will gladly compensate you with blown glass of your choice equal to your deposit.

As well, should your item arrive damaged, which nearly almost never happens as we have an excellent shipping and packing crew, we will most certainly issue a 100% refund, or replace the item, whichever you choose.
 

We appreciate your understanding. Please be aware that exchanges for other products must be requested within 10 days from the date of receipt.

Shipping & Handling

Customer pays shipping. Pieces are shipped UPS, Ground Track, unless otherwise requested. All contents are insured. A 3% - 5% materials & handling fee is added to actual shipping costs.

2nd day, 3rd day delivery, overnight etc., are available at customers request.

The Art of Glass Blowing 

Blown glass is a unique and beautiful art form that is created by skilled artisans who use traditional techniques to shape and mold the glass. 

Due to the nature of the blowing process, it is common for small bubbles and imperfections to occur in the finished product.  These imperfections are not defects, but rather a natural and inherent part of the beauty and character of blown glass. 

Each piece is truly one-of-a-kind and reflects the individuality of the artist who created it.
