FAQ: Talk to me about the end result of my chandelier?

We spend a good deal of one on one time with you via phone consults and emails to ensure we know exactly what you are looking for. We take a personal interest in your project and have made many close friends along the way. We will need to determine which shape you like best, which colors, and what type of lighting you have in mind.

We will send pictures of the project as it is coming together, and we will assemble in our studio for the final picture before shipping. We crate and freight your chandelier and even send a few extra pieces in the event of breakage, which almost never ever happens as the chandelier will be forklifted during its travels and not tossed around.

FAQ: How are the chandelier's priced?

Pricing is based on a number of variables. Ie: number of pieces, colors, whether it is lit internally or externally, size, density, shape, etc. Our pricing quote will include the design of the chandelier, internal cage of the chandelier, the pieces and led lighting if requested.

Pricing will not include S&H, however, we can quote that for you. As well, we do not install the cage into the ceiling, we leave that to your professional contractor or electrician. We will , for an additional cost, come to your site and install the pieces onto the cage once it has been installed by your contractor.

These beautiful custom blown glass chandeliers can be created with ambient lighting inside. If you would like additional lighting, we recommend having your electrician/contractor install eyeball, can, or some type of recessed/exterior lighting to point "onto" the chandelier as well. We are always happy to confer with your electrician or contractor.
