Please note that deposits are non-refundable. However, if you decide to cancel an order, for any reason, for which a deposit has been placed, we will gladly compensate you with blown glass of your choice equal to your deposit.
As well, should your item arrive damaged, which nearly almost never happens as we have an excellent shipping and packing team, we will certainly issue a 100% refund, or replace the item, whichever you prefer.
Please be aware that any issues regarding returns or refunds need to be requested within 10 days from the date of receipt.
If, upon receiving your sink, you find that it does not meet your expectations, we are more than happy to send you another from our vast selection of "in stock" sinks. However, please note that customers are responsible for covering shipping costs both ways in such cases.
