Usually, orders for items currently "in stock" can be shipped within one to two weeks. Our "in stock" inventory changes constantly. We will, however, do our very best to accommodate your needs. Art work not "in stock" may take a few weeks more. Be sure and call, sometimes we can work in last minute requests.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We will gladly exchange pieces that are shipped back to us in the same condition they left our studio for anything else of your choosing, within a reasonable amount of time. Sorry, our financial structure does not allow for refunds.
Deposits cannot be refunded, however, should you change your mind regarding an order and deposit placed, we will happily ensure you are adequately compensated in blown glass of your choosing. Again, our apologies, however our financial structure does not allow for refunds.
Shipping & Handling
Customer pays shipping. Pieces are shipped UPS, Ground Track, unless otherwise requested. All contents are insured. A 3% - 5% materials & handling fee is added to actual shipping costs.
2nd day, 3rd day delivery, overnight etc., are available at customers request.
