Payment
We accept all major credit cards. All orders are to be paid when the work begins, or at time of shipping. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are also accepted.

Returns Policy

We will gladly exchange pieces that are shipped back to us in the same condition they left our studio for anything else of your choosing, within a reasonable amount of time. Sorry, our financial structure does not allow for refunds.

Shipping
Customer pays shipping. All pieces are shipped UPS, Ground Track, unless otherwise requested. All contents are insured.
A 3% - 5% materials & handling fee is added to actual shipping costs.

2nd day, 3rd day delivery, overnight etc., are available at customers request.
