Glass Bowl Sink Warranty
One Year Warranty from Date of Purchase
White Elk's Visions warrants its Glass bowl sinks, to
be free of defects in material and workmanship
during normal residential use. Gloss reduction,
scratching, staining or alkaline etching, of the finish over time due
to use,
cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions
are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear.
White Elk's Visions is not responsible for labor
charges, installation, or other consequential costs.
In no event shall the responsibility of White Elk
Glass exceed the purchase price of the product.
Not Covered by Warranty
Thermal Shock
Temperature changes of greater
than 70 degrees F between temperature of the glass bowl sink and
water are not recommended. All glass bowl sinks are susceptible to
thermal shock. To prevent cracking, set your water heater to a
temperature between 120 and 130 degrees F. Water temperatures that
are comfortable to you, are comfortable to your sink.
Improper Installation
Overtightening of drain assembly,
insufficient support of glass bowl sink, or using any
"pop-up" type drain assembly that holds water. Blown glass
sinks should be hand tightened only.
Misuses
Heavy objects such as steel or
glass dropped into the glass bowl sink, or any heavy impact before or
after installation, can result in breakage.
Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not
covered by this warranty.
Improper care and cleaning will void this warranty.
An improperly seated drain will
void this warranty.
Avoid!!!
Avoid situations where indoor
temperature is unregulated and may lead to thermal shock.
Do not store medicine cabinets,
shelves or heavy items above glass bowl sink.
Avoid using glass bowl sink where
sink is filled with very hot water, or running hot water constantly. |
